We ship worldwide* with UPS and DHL Express. Unless the Surf is pumping, we ship your order within 24 hours.
European Union:
- 8€ or Free Shipping on orders above 75€. No extra costs.
- Delivery time: 1-5 business days after order is shipped.
United Kingdom:
- 12€ or or Free Shipping on orders above 75€.
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days after order is shipped
Rest of the world :
- 20€ flat rate.
-Delivery time: 2-7 business days after order is shipped
- Certain countries are exempt and you will be notified at checkout if we do not ship your country at the time of the order.
United States:
- Due to the removal of DeMinimis we regret to inform US customers we do no longer ship to the United States. We are working on a sollution and are aiming to offer commence deliveries again from May 2026.

Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item or the wrong number of items, please contact us at help@sleepers.no with your order number and photos, and we will help you solve this.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not covered by us. If for various reasons, you want to return your item, you can contact us at help@sleepers.no, stating the reason for the desired return and whit your order number. Please note that all returns must be undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging and tags attached.
If you received wrong item or a defective product, please contact us at help@sleepers.no with your order number and photos, and we will help you solve this.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal form on our website.
Upon a valid withdrawal, we will refund the product price and original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
